I don’t really enjoy cooking, (family full of picky eaters who could live on pizza & pb&j, with the exception of my 10-year-old carnivore ) but had a great time with this book. Pretty pictures, clear text, and millions of choices! I was able to put together a new beautiful salad 10 minutes before company came, and serve Mrs. Shachter’s mousse rolls for a grand chocolatey finish. And, my 14 year old daughter who is not yet so comfortable with following recipes was pleased to make a separate double-batch of just the mousse, and collect the compliments.
